No. He stated that the British intelligence believed Saddam sought to buy uranium from Africa. A statement that the British intelligence still stands by. A statement re-affirmed by Joe Wilson when he reported to the CIA that the Niger minister told him that he'd been approached by an Iraqi trade delegation (hmmm... considering that uranium is a major export, what else did they want?).

That's the truth of it.

He sure did, he said it during the 2003 SOTU address. All you have to do is google it and it will appear. It's the infamous 16 words that were later retracted from the speech.

Well he cited claims from the british who never claimed anything.... that must have been so embarassing for them

He may have said it but is wasn't a "lie." He passed along information that he deemed credible.
