I would go with 4 more zebra danio & at least 3 more tetra's both are schooling fish and need a minimum of 6 in each school to feel secure, then the tank will be pretty much stocked to capacity, or you could remove the danio and try 4-6 hachet fish if you have a secure lid (they are showy but they are also jumpers) good luck!

tropicals get pretty much the same diseases as goldfish, ich, dropsy, coulmnaris, other fungal infections, there isn't as much of a concern with swimbladder disorder in tropicals as with goldies. Just keep your water perameters in line and keep the fishs' immune system healthy, quarrantine new arivals, acclimate well, and you should be fine... (I always keep a box of marycyn2 and cupric sulfate on hand just in case though)

here is a compatibility chart for fresh/brackish water fish http://www.liveaquaria.com/general/fwcompatibility_chart.cfm

Cory Catfish would be good. You have to should have 5 or more but Ghost Catfish are awsome. At Petsmart they have the fish organized into seperate groups, such as Tropical, Goldfish, and Tropical Semi Aggressive.

Zebra danios and neon tetras are schooling fish and should have at least six in their schools. You should start by adding to those two groups.
