People buy a franchise because they don't know how to get business. They get it for you.

Pay them to get you going. Right now you aren't making anything. I would be willing to pay someone else to do my marketing for me.

To get accounts, you have to cold call on your target clients and sell them on hiring you. Not easy.

Have them get you a few so you will have referrals and income. It is easier to get business when you are working steady. A lot of your business will come from referrals off the franchise client.

Do some foot work mate.
I started a business a year ago, as a courier. Do some foot slogging, go see prospective customers. Usually the 'Buyer' does the hiring and firing of contractors.
Send some leaflets out, printed off a home printer'll only cost you the paper and ink. Design the artwork yourself, great fun, and by the end of the day, you'll have a pile of flyers to push through business letter boxes.

Advertise...Call Building Administers and tell them about your services.

Or just let the franchise get you the business and your can start another company and transfer the franchise customers to the new company after a few months. Eventually you won't need to franchise.

If you don't know how to do this for yourself, you made a big mistake investing in a business franchise. What were you thinking? Are you even allowed under the terms of your contract to get clients without paying the franchise a fee? How about something as basic as putting a classified ad in the newspaper?
