if we were in a fight because of my friend opening her big mouth than after they come and try to hurt us badly she takes off when i call the police and tends to lie alot trying to be me like i say my horse died and she says she had one too wich she didnt and she says her jack russel killed a german shepard i know she is lying but would she be a good friend or a user?

I wouldn't necessarily call her a "user", but a liar comes to mind. A liar isn't likely to turn out to be a good friend. More like trouble on the horizon....if she'll lie about "simple stuff", more than likely she'll lie about more important matters. I'd suggest staying as far away from this person as possible!

I don't think she would be a good friend and if given the chance she might use you to get what she wants. A real friend wouldn't lie to you. A good friend wouldn't do what you wrote above.
