I don't lie awake at night. I have plenty interests that keep me occupied until I'm sleepy enough to fall asleep. Sometimes I don't go to sleep, and suffer from sleep deprivation all the next day. Weird, huh?

I usually think about everything, so I have to read a book to really zonk me out, otherwise I will think about the next day, where my life is heading, if I should have turned left at Albequerque, if I spelled that right in this post, just everything, heh.

I allow myself to think about my past when I am in bed at night. Other than that, I omit the thoughts as soon as they enter my mind. It's not conducive to progress and if I'm going to progress forward from my past, I have to leave the "poor me" thoughts for times when it's permitted.
