Do you know an actress (who would look good in red hair and doesn't has a kind of low voice) who would make a good Irish vampire?

Can't think of anyone who is actually Irish, but I'm thinking Nicole Kidman could pull off the accent, and she looks good in red hair. Come to think of it, she has that cool, aloof air to her, she would play a good vampire.
