I want to know what is A.I love you I never hear of it is anime or something like that?

Only in manga form. Doubt it'll be an anime though i wouldnt mind since most of Ken Akamatsu's work in anime form mostly suck (Love Hina, Negima).
A.I. Love you was one of Ken's first manga projects back around in the 90's. It's story involves a dorky boy which is mostly picked on at school and ignored by girls. He's also good with computers and managed to create an Artificial Intelligence program in a form of a girl on his computer. One night a freak lightning storm managed to turn the girl into life. With her body in the real world. She lives with the boy as she slowly learns about certain things in the real world. And at the same time, new characters show up which makes it slowly into a harem story. But despite of this, it, like Love Hina, is a good read. Although Love Hina would be a better read IMO.
