It's just kid's nature, to mess with everything but what you want them to. Remove the temptation as much as possible.

This is just a baby thing. He'll do it until he's 5+. Kids want what they are interested in,and lets face it, TV's Stereos, remotes, their way more interesting than finger pupets. Don't get frustrated with him, he's just doing what every other baby on the face of the earth does. It's a good sign! It means he's wanting to be stimulated. Find things that get his attention, the pianos you lay on the floor that go off of touch work great. Hes' to the age now he will be interested in things that move . . rattles are out, get things with different parts to them . . . none that come apart he can swallow. Their is a company that makes things that each piece moves and sounds. OH get him Peek-a-blocks. Their little square boxes that you an see through and they have tons of things in them animals, food, colors, bells, find those and try that.

He is exploring the world, and maybe his toys are getting boring. My daughter is 6 months and is almost crawling and she gets into everything, she is always grabbing at stuff that isn't a toy, even though her toys are all over the place. Its normal, just teach them no, and pull them away from it. Get use to it, once they are walking it gets worse.

Its normal, you just got to keep a close eye on him. My kids loved playing with pots, pans, cooking spoons, storage containers (for food). Give him something different (something safe) other then his toys.

Because he wants to check things out. He already knows his toys, he wants to explore something new.

Because he is a baby exploring his world and that is how they learn. All you can do is keep redirecting him until he finally gets it which can still be a while.
