Do not lie on your application and say you have the degree. If they do a background check and verify your education and you have lied about it you won't be working there for long. Or you may not get the job.

Tell them the truth, (hopefully you are taking the remaining class to finish up the degree).

You can ask the employer if you can join them and complete the degree part time. Most might put you on probation till you get the degree if the job needs that degree.

Get the credits, then get the job or hope the potential employer hires you without it.

Either award yourself a degree or learn how to operate a broom. Chances they won't check and anyhow nobody will be hurt.
