using tweezers... well the results don't last quite as long, same with shaving.
I'm a big supporter of waxing - the hair doesn't grow back as fast and it usually grows back thinner and less obvious than before. The only thing with waxing is that the skin in that specific area appears red for a little while, depends on the person but for me it only lasts about 15-20 mins, 10mins if I put ice on the area. If you apply baby powder to the area before waxing it usually helps reduce the redness.

I ALWAYS wax my upper lip, but my chin is tweezed because that area's smaller and more complex-shaped than the upper lip.

I find that in both cases the hair grows back slowly, although my upper lip always grows back faster than my chin. In between my eyebrows is also tweeded becasue of dexterity that is possible with a pair of tweezers.

For my eyebrows I get them waxed. As for my upper lip I use a hair removal. Its painless, a little stinky, but better then having it waxed.

Don't wax, my mom had a little patch of skin ripped off her face(that was messed up) took a long time to heal.

Try threading too. It lasts longer.
