I live in a co-op and one of my neighbors has these annoying wind chimes. I am going to check with the management, but does anyone know if there is usually a rule against something like this?

Some people are oblivious! Give them a chance and talk to them 1st. I bet they aren't even aware. If the problem continues then go higher. Give them a chance 1st!

There usually no specific mention of wind chimes. Check your lease agreement for the answer to your question.

You can let them know that the wind chimes bother you and request that they put it someplace else.
If they ring at night you might have a complaint.
