I would like to know how to make my period shorter, if there is anything I can drink or do, but without stopping it

Not a thing. You just have to wait it out.
Chamomile tea however will help you to relax.

There is nothing you can drink to make it shorter...You can however use pads instead of tampons,and clean the area several times a day.I find that takes atleast a day off.I hope this helps.

your periods are ruled by your hormones, nothing you eat or drink will change the duration of them
