the cars and G class in Germany
the M class and GL class in the U.S.

Depends on which models you want to check out.
The previous poster said the sedans were built in Germany, the SUVs and GLs in USA. Suspect he's correct.
Or go to a local MBZ dealer, and open the hood of the model you are interested in. If the labels are in German, the car's made in Germany.
