I have a missed period for four days now, and i have most of the symptoms...fatigue, tender breast, and im hungry a lot more often......

You could be, you should definitely take a test. Seeing as you are four days late a test should be pretty accurate. It is a little early to be having symptoms especially hungry a lot more often. Fatigue and sore breasts could be PMS or early pregnancy signs, but the only way to know is to have a test. If you can't afford one try your local planned parenthood.

There is a chance. I think that you should do one of those self tests at home before going to a doctor. The tests are never 100% accurate, so if the symptoms continue, take the test again and give your doctor a call.

Well if you had sex not to long ago, then you probably are. But maybe you just feel or think that you are because you had sex. Just to make sure you should take the little portable pregnancy test. Or just wait for about 3 or 4 months, and if your stomach has a bulge or your period doesn't come back on, then apparently you are.

It is a possibility. I found out 5 days after my missed period. Take a test!

It could be possible, but all of those symptoms come with your menstrual cycle too. They sell pregnancy test that detect within the first day of a missed period now, go get one, rest your mind! Good luck.
