That movie is so cool. I don't understand why it didn't get any recognition

I don't know why people don't talk about that film any more?
I was watching it yesterday
I love it & always have since day one.
I think the lads are brill dancers, actors & singers & you are 100% right it did not get the recognition it deserves.
Have you seen Blood on Newsies square yet?
Get this, its great.
max casella (Racetrack Higggins), Aaron lowe (Mush) & Arvie low jr (Boots) produced it themselevs its really good.
I am going to NYC next wk for the 1st time ever (i live in England) and i can't wait to Shout on brooklyn bridge, & call out 'carriying the banner' to everyone i see - yes i am that into this film!!!!

I love Newsies! I hardly ever run into somebody that's seen it though. Sad, it's a good movie.

It was a fantastic film. I always refer to it as the male version of 'Annie' because the time periods are the same and the basic story line is the same. But I loved it too. I need to see if I can find a DVD version.
