Your life is in front of you and you are now responsible for making your choices. Make good ones and you will live a good rewarding life. The bad side is that life is not fair. It can always kick you whether you deserve it or not. Become the type of person that takes adversity and turns it into an opportunity. Free advice I got when I was 18 was to go to Las Vegas. Why play with the poor ones when you can play with the rich ones. Now my advice to you. Go get an education-study and become able to support yourself in a nice style. Education will give you much more than that. You will not need to be reliant on anyone and people will come to you.

PRO. You can vote, drink, go out no questions asked. Travel unaccompanied. Can go the the doctor by yourself and don't have to tell your parents the finding. Choose your own course of treatment. you can decide for life for yourself.
CON. You can vote.( sometimes there's not a lot to choose from. The draft. Dating a person 1yr younger can bring serious legal problems. Fines, debt are all your responsibility. You're expected to know that you want for your life.

Pros- You can buy lotto tickets, ciggarettes, your "legal" or is that 16?
Cons- Your not 21 yet, you get treated as an adult if you get arrested

You can vote. You're legal to some things like you can smoke, but you can't drink which I find stupid. For that just put that you can drink and smoke at age 21. You can date older men.

Just thinking about it is scary. I want to stay 16 - 17 my whole life and stay right here with my parents and my own room.
