well i dont mean i have a man side, i mean as a women what can i do to empower myself?

Well, according to a 20-something singer/dancer, you can join the Pussycat Dolls. Apparently that's very empowering for women! *snort*
Outside of that, just be true to yourself. If you have a "girlish" feeling, go with it. If you have a "boyish" feeling, go with that. It's all good.

Buy a gun? But seriously I'm not quite sure what you mean. It's a rather vague question. If you want to empower yourself as a female I would just say condition your mind to think that you can have pretty much any job a man can and those glass ceilings will start to disappear.

Hey asshole,
You can definitely make sure you get an education, and don't fall into the trap of having to "find a man" to make you happy.
You should be proud of what you can accomplish on your own. Take advantage of all of your opportunities!
