I know you are talking about Millsberry, because I checked your profile, and you were talking about Mills in your 'About Me'. Here are my brown belt tips:
Brown Belt - You need to fish in the Peabody Park Pond to find the wallet, ring and camera that were lost by the Sensei's cousin Patrick
HOW YOU DO IT
Go fish in Peabody pond, I reccomend buying the Red Fishing Rod, and buying the Worm bait. This task gets very time consuming, but it is not hard.

there are a lot of belts in different marshal arts , so i will go with what i think you are on about karate !!! karate train hard an you will get there only one away you've prov in that you are dedicated to this so you are nearly there any way, you just have to push that little bit harder an you will get your black belt .. good luck ..

If so, here's what you do:
Make sure you have your classes at 100%, your stats are highlighted green, and you completed your task. Click on the sensei when you've done all of these things.

You need to tell people what you're talking about. If it's karate, work on technique, if it's taekwondo there are like 8 different types of taekwondo. Seriously that's what the second part is for...DETAILS.

lets just say that this is tae kwon doe. if it is, you must master all the kicks,form and sparring moves from all the belts. also ask your master/sensei for guildance---iam getting to brown-i am in blue

On millsberry make sure yo upasse deverything.Click Visit Dogo and see if everything is green if it is red that is what you have to fix.
