You probably feel sick and dizzy from either missing your pills or if you doubled up to make up for the missed pills this could make you feel ill. There is definitely a chance you may have conceived, but the only way to know is to wait and see if you get your period. If you do, you can probably safely assume you are not pregnant. However, if you miss your period I would test seeing as you should be very regular due to being on the pill. I would also continue to take the pill, to avoid pregnancy, until you find out otherwise.
Good luck, I used the pill for many years myself and I have missed pills so I understand what you are experiencing.

If you were taking the pill regularly, you weren't ovulating. How did you "find out" that the two days you missed were ovulation days? You could be pregnant. You should take a pregnancy test. But you should not stop taking the pill. You should take it as prescribed at least until the end of this pack unless the test is positive. And for crying out loud, if you've dodged the bullet this time, figure out a fool-proof way to remember to take the damn things every single day from now on. It's not that hard. I did it for 15 years.

The point of the pills is to prevent pregnancy. If you don't take the pills then that defeats the whole purpose which means you can get pregnant. Yes, you should stop taking the pills. Didn't you read the instructions that came with them?? You should take a test, whenever your period is due again.

The instructions clearly say(on most pills) that if you think you're pregnant, to stop the pills immediately.

If pills are skipped or forgotten, a girl is not protected against pregnancy and she will need a backup form of birth control, such as condoms. Or she will need to stop having sex for a while.

If you miss two pills in a row anytime during the first two weeks of your pack, take two pills as soon as you remember and another two pills on the following day. After that, resume taking your pills as usual. Use a backup method for the next seven days. You might have some spotting during this cycle.

• If you miss two pills in the third week of your cycle or three or more pills during any of the three weeks of active pills, start a new pack of pills as soon as you realize you've forgotten pills and discard the partially used pack. Take one pill daily and use a backup method of contraception for seven days.

(If you want to start your next pack on a Sunday, take one active pill a day from your old pack until Sunday and then begin a new pack of pills and discard whatever's left of the old pack. Use a backup method for the first seven days after you restart the pills.)

Since you'll be starting a new pack without having the hormone-free week, you won't get your period until you finish the new pack of pills, though you may have breakthrough bleeding after missing a few pills.

The pill prevents ovulation. How do you know you ovulated when you missed your pills? You sound like you don't take your pills as directed so your chance of getting/being pregnancy are probably high. Always use a back up method. Test when you miss your period. Don't stop taking your pills yet, cuz if you aren't pregnant, you may end up that way. Taking the pill during early pregnancy may lead to cramping but shouldn't hurt the baby (as told to me by my doc). Best of luck.

You don't ovulate on the pill.
I wouldn't bother with the test until after you miss a period (which you may anyway, since you're messing with your hormones so much). Most cartons tell you taht you have to miss 3 to really be in any danger.
I hope this scare has made you more responsible...birth control is only as effective as the user!!!
Don't stop taking your pill unless you really want to get pregnant.

Yes, you could be pregnant.

Read the instructional insert that came with your pills. There's a big section titled "WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS TAKING YOUR PILL"

Hopefully you're making yourself sick and dizzy with worry. Learn a lesson and take your pills or don't have unprotected sex.

why bother taking the pill at all. if you don't take one EVERY day then the one you do bother to take are useless. i don't understand you silly girls. this is 2007 we all know about birth control and HOW it works. what you are really telling us is that you have unprotected sex so you could be pregant and have aids or any other 100,000 std that are out there. and you want to know if you should stop taking your pills. (i dont know why you ever bothered in the first place)

it might be to soon for you to be getting sick you might just be stressing to much about it, relax.
there is a chance of getting pregnant, so it might be best for you to go to a lab or to an ObGyn and ask them just to be safe, I wold tell you to stop taking the pill just in case so that it doesn't hurt the baby, if there is one, but I am not the right person to do that so if you are really worried about it call the Dr. ask and see if they will give you some advice over the phone, sometimes they do other times they ask you to come in frirst, it depends on the situation.
better safe than sorry.
best wishes and good luck!!
