Beethoven -Fur Elise or the Moonlight Sonata, Symphonies 5 and 9. Also the Eroica symphony (number 3), although this one is slightly less well-known.
Bach -Toccata and Fugue in D minor, the Art of Fugue, Brandenburg Concertos, numerous chorales.
Mozart -Symphony No. 25, Marriage of Figaro overture, variations on Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (I forget the folio number), Eine Kline Nachtmusick, Sonata K 545, Rondo (alla Turka)
Tchiakovsky -Nutcracker suite (Ironically his least favorite for his written pieces), Midnight on the lake from Swan Lake, Symphony Pathetique
Mendelssohn -Wedding March from "A Midsummer Night's Dream", Several of his Songs without Words.

Beethoven I would say either Ode to Joy (symphony #9) or Symphony 5 in C minor. For Mozart I think the most known would be Eine Kleine Nacht Musik. For Bach Toccata and Fugue in D minor. Tchaikovsky's most popular composition was the 1812 Overture . Felix mendelssohn's would be the Wedding March I think.
