Could I get in trouble for knowing that someone is embezzeling money?

I know for a fact that someone is commiting embezzelment. If they were busted could anybody that knows be punished?

Technically, yes. Probably, no. Unless that is if you benefited from it at all.

it depends. At the very least you would probably be fired for misconduct. Depending on the conditions you may be charged as an accessory.
