How do I end the affair without getting fired? Well my wife's friend is just hot with a big butt and I'm not ready to end that yet.

Make sure your boss knows that if you go down (no pun intended) he will go down too. I'm sure that is against Mcdonald's policy. It may be a good idea to transfer to another store.
As for your wife, you don't deserve her if you just keep messing around.
