My screen jumps around a little bit, & I have run every virus scan that I have.

maybe your monitor wire is not attached in properly.. .check and if it is then make sure it's tight!
if not then it might be something else-in this case, get some help from a ICT genuis.

There could be a couple of issues going on. 1st, we would need to know what kind of monitor you are using. There are large differances between LCD and CRT monitors. The most common related issue between the 2 styles of monitors is bad cables. The other potential common issue between the 2 is bad/corrupt video drivers or card. Easiest way to resolve that is to completely remove the drivers and re-install them. If the problem persists, you could attempt to hook up the monitor to another computer and see if the issue persists, if it does not, it might well be a bad card.
CRT monitors are also highly influenced by other devices in near proximity, cell phones, microwaves etc......

Put some weights on the monitor to stop it from jumping

there would be lots of reasons with that. it could be that there is a cellphone nearby the monitor, or your computer might be corrupted already or else it is already infected by a spyware. have it checked by your manufacturer before its too late

Power issues....the monitor does not have enough power...
move the monitor to a seperate outlet ot circut if the monitor is not damaged it should be ok.....

probably some refreshing problem with the screen. get it checked by a professional.

Also make sure you are plugged in all the way.. all cords attached correctly and tightly.
