Technically, you're pregnant 10 months. If your LMP was in August, you're due around May 17th. I hope that you already know this and are just asking out of curiousity for other people's opinions.

A full term pregnancy is 40 weeks, which is actually 9 months and 1 week. So, to figure your due date, just add that amount of time to your lmp. In your case, your due date is May 15, 2007. Congratulations!

Due date May 15th. You count back three months and add a week.
You are pregnant 40 weeks. That's 9 full months - not to the beginning of the 9th month.

May 15, 2007 should be your due date. It is actually 40 weeks so 10 months.

You're supposed to be pregnant for 40 weeks. It's actually for 9 months, not 10 because there are more than 4 weeks (28 days) in one month.

Based on there being 4 weeks in a month, you are pregnant 10 months. 40 weeks/4=10

due date would be 5-15-07

I know there are more than 4 weeks in some months, I'm just using the average.

if you go by the 4 week month...then you are pregnant 10 months. BUT since some months have 5 weeks....it's just easier to calculate how many months you are by going by the week/4 week month tho.

as for your due date...it would be aproximately may 16, 2007

congrats!
