Let's see....

- No UN authorization
- A country that was not a threat to the US and had taken no action against us
- A country that was engaged in a civil war
- Lies to get us into war, about "tens of thousands of Kosovars in mass graves" that were never found
- Deliberate targeting of civilian targets, including a commuter train. Dropping bombs from high altitude, ensuring high civilian collateral damage

By the Democrats' logic on Iraq, there was even less reason to go in and kill Serbians. And it was certainly more illegal, because the lies about the mass graves were less founded upon intelligence, and there was no UN authorization.

And I won't even get into the fact that more Serb civilians died by Clinton's bombs than Kosovars who were killed by the Serbians. And that the "security" afterward stood idly by while people were forced from their homes, and even while people were killed.

Did I miss anything?

Clinton didn't, NATO did

Kosovo = active war, genocide and unstable before NATO intervened

Iraq = Stable region with no war or attempt to overthrow the government before the US intervened

Yeah, because it was well thought out and did not turn into a civil war. Bush was warned by his advisors, including his own father, that Iraq would turn into a mess.

I do believe that Clinton had a PLAN in Kosovo.

Rummy threatened to fire people who talked about post-war planning when it came to Iraq.
