The mind is a battlefield. The enemy (the devil) puts thoughts in your mind. So there are 3 persons that can put thoughts in your head, God, satan, and you. What goes against your heart and the truth (which is the word of God) that thought would be from the devil, but the Lord says when you get these thoughts you cast them down, don't feed on it. So when satan puts negative, perverted thoughts in your mind etc, he wants you to think it's your thoughts and wants you to act out on it to birth sin and destruction and to rob you of what God has for you. Jesus is for you, come to Him, and ask Him to show you about this, because He talks to you too, you just need to discern whom is speaking to your mind.
