Theres a nipple on the bottom of the fuel filter, when I prime the fuel filter it leaks out the nipple, is this normal for overflow or showing that there is a blockage near the injectors?

Open the air bleed valve on top of the fuel manager/filter.
Connect a hose to the air bleed valve located on top of the fuel manager/filter and place the other end of the hose into a suitable container.
Turn the key on for 5 seconds and off for 10 seconds until clear fuel is observed at the air bleed hose.
Close the air bleed valve.
Start the engine and allow to run for 5 minutes at idle.
Check for fuel leaks.
Clear all engine DTCs.

Does that help?

no ,its not normal, any leak in the fuel supply lines including the filter, will cause serious starting problems.the drain on the bottom of the filter is not sealing off ,it sounds like.also pinholes can develope in the flter itself from water and cause fuel leaks.Afer you repair this, open bleed screw on the top of filter hsg and pump the primer till all air is out, and the pump gets firm to push.then attemp to crank it over.hope this is enough info to help solve the starting issue.

That nipple is a water drain..you unscrew it to remove any built up water (old or bad fuel may have water contamination.)I think that if your mileage is not too high you may still have a powertrain warranty, for your engine.Take it to your dealer..Good luck
