well, we should define what the term satellite means in astronomy.
Satellite is a heavenly body, revolving around another heavenly body having a considerably no change of orbit (Although it was said that the moon of earth is going away from the earth 1 cm every century). In the Solar System, the planets and comets revolve around it at different rates depending on the length of each orbit.
If we could deduce the given definition, we can safely say that sun has actually a lot of satellites.

Yes, infact we are one of those sattleites. Every planet and asteroid in the asteroid belt are a sattelite of the Sun. A sattelite is something that rotates something else so their you go.
