Yes it can. When you're stressed, your blood pressure rises and if your nose bleeds easily ( for instance when you have a cold), the small vains in your nose "pop"under the extra high blood pressure and it can cause your nose to bleed.

Is stress causing your blood pressure to be high? High blood pressure can have that effect. So can snorting drugs that errode the lining in your nose, dry air, old injuries to the nose, picking your nose(lol) Start by checking your blood pressure and calm down.

I believe so. I don't mean to get religious but Jesus Christ sweated blood the night before his capture. I think it is very possible to get a nose bleed from stress.

Stress makes my nose bleed, so I would say yes. Mine wouldn't quit last night. It's so not cool.

Not necessarily. Oftentimes getting your finger up your nostril to fiddle around there causes your nose to discharge. So stop it!

stress might cause a high bloodpressure. generally, high bloodpressure is the reason for nose bleeding

My boyfriend once got a nosebleed from stress.
But get checked out by a doctor to make sure it's not anything bad.
