NO,miley likes him but there not going out,people thought that because jesse is going to be in a hannah montana episode and they were hanging out alot so they thought they were boyfreind.

No, Jesse is going out with Katie....Jesse is 3 years older than Miley and even though you think they would make an "OK" couple...Jesse's taken.....and like 1 foot taller!
