Several people mentioned the disconnect between men saying money and women saying other things. This is interesting. One thing I think women overlook in this is that lots of men have had the experience of suddenly becoming more attractive to women shortly after they started earning serious money.
I wonder if the women are deceiving themselves or if something else is going on? Maybe men just become more confident if they're making money?

The #1 thing is there must be an attraction. Generally that means they must like the way he looks. After that they must feel they can trust him. In many cases he must have money. To some money doesn't matter too much but he must at least have a job.
A relationship has little hope unless the two are attracted to each other and trust each other.

Why do all the men claim women look for money in a relationship? If they would look around at all the women's answers they would see that we look on such deeper dimensions than that. But I guess it's easier to just stereotype...
The #1 thing I look for.......having a heart of gold.

Anyone else notice that all the guys that answered this question said "money" and none of the women did? Do guys really think that is all we look for in a man? Because if thats what you think you are all seriously misled.
