No, not at all, but remember, they can tell if you have an internal or gynaecological check up. Not that they will neccesarily be able to tell you have been fingered, but they can tell you have had some kind of sexual relationship as the hymen would be broken etc...

If you aren't old enough to know this answer, you aren't old enough to be doing that kind of thing. No, they can't.
Edited to add: Ahh, I just read another post of yours. You got drunk and don't really know what happened, only remember the fingering. You're worried you're pregnant but you've gotten negative pregnancy tests so far. If you're still concerned and you're having the blood work done to confirm or disprove a pregnancy, it will do just that, but it won't show them if you were fingered. Don't put yourself in that situation again hun, its a dangerous place to be.

If you have been sexually assaulted you need to go to a hospital and get "treated" It maybe be possible for to collect DNA from you in order to get information on the attacker.
If you are just worried because your boyfriend fingured you and now you are getting blood drawn. No, you will not get caught, your mom will not find out, you will not be grounded.

What exactly are you asking? If you can have a blood test to tell if someone has fingered you? If you are wondering if you can get pregnant by being fingered?
