there's this 8th grade dinner dance at my school and i want to go but look hot. any tips? i was thinking of wearing a red dress but i don't know.

Personally, I like red dresses for any type of prom. I can help you pick out a dress in the mall if you want. Fix up ur hair into a really nice bun and wear earrings and a necklace and a bracelet. If I were in your shoes, even though we ARE the same size, I would wear those long white gloves that come up to your elbows. They make you look "princessy". Also, wear nice heals that match with your pretty dress. Good luck!

you say you are in 8th grade??? i would go with a cute yet understated dress... the red would be a nice color just make sure its not too short or too low cut... preserve your innocence as long as you can... i dont want to sound like a prude but i just know how boys can be... and you should be treated like a precious flower so i would go in a semi modest dress and light makeup... im sure you will look great...

go for bright colors that are really out there! most people go for the usual colors like black and stuff... but i think you should go for like yeah, a red, or a bright orange, lime green, canary yellow, hot pink, bright blue! i know it sounds crazy but you'll really stand out from the crowd and all the heads will be in your direction!
