You can use Simple Popstation GUI by ZiNgABuRgA to create PS1 eboot. It is very easy to use and highly customizable.

BTW, you know in order to play PS1 eboots, your PSP need to have customized firmware installed (3.03 OE-c and 3.10 OE-a) right?

A friend of mine did somthing with the playstation disks so they would play on the PSP... i dont remember what he did. sorry sorry sorry sorry
