I am not politically say. But my first question is the republican candidate do we get to cast a vote who we want, or is it up the the President, or other goverment officials, like the elector college? An second question Election Day 2007 who do we vote for what position? Thanks.

The truth is that with the current system the electoral college makes the decision. The popular vote is just for show.

I think that we should start radifying the constitution by way of Ammendments without the help of the congress or president. We have a right to petition, it is in the constitution. We live in a technological world where we can sign petitions with verisign from our computer and never have to leave the house. Instead of waiting for them to fix things, someone come up with a good idea and lets all sign the thing. Town hall democracy baby, yeh.
