There are people in America who want it to become a communist country yet they will not leave to even visit a communist country.

I have been to China, Russia and Cuba. I do not want to live like that.

Do you know why they built the Berlin wall? It wasn't because they wanted to keep the capitalists out.

So come on people, do you really think communism is that great? How about taking a sabbatical, say six months, to live in a communist country. A first hand perspective might be eye opening.

Or say try Iran or Venezuela, I hear they have socialist governments as well.

So let me see if I get this, people who want communism will not leave America to get a first hand experience yet they want America to become communist. This is really illogical.

your correct, well, kind of. those people whom you speak of wish to turn America into a fascist state. in Communism, the state owns and operates all aspects of the economy. fascists on the other hand....like Hillary.... want the economy to be privately owned, but government controlled. just like Hitler.

I understand your frustration with people who complain about the politics in this country but have never known anything else with the exception of the ideology behind the name and never seen it in practice,

Given that I have lived in a few places around the globe my self I have to say that there are poor examples of every governmental practice or belief that anyone can point to and say "see that's how it would be"

However, if your going to use the worst examples you can find to justify what is better than them, then doesn't that mean that you are lessening the status of your example of better than the worst to best of the worst ????

If you want to make American democracy sound as good as or better than any other system you must use the best examples of that system( kinda like comparing fresh apples to fresh apples not fresh to rotten)

A true democracy is NOT owned by the state or any other minority few wealthy elite! It is majority rule & control by the legal citizens! Ending the reign of the few who exclude the majority! If you want a taste of this go to Switzerland & other nordic countries. Buy the way they are a solvent country unlike the superfiscial USA who could fold up as soon as someone like China says we want control of your land! http://www.financialsense.com/fsu/editorials/martenson/2006/1217.html

So people should be forced to leave their homeland instead of attempting to change it for a better system, in their opinion? Not to mention the usual American arrogance that also probably is present: the Cubans are too dumb to do it right, but since the US is the best in the world at everything, we can make a failed communist system work!
