This is a bad movie idea that is not very original. It sounds like a Paulo Coelho book. I think his most famous is The Alchemist. Movies similar have been made although not exactly your idea. There are tons for instance Cinderella or even Harry Potter. This story is popular because it is a retelling of the idea that the meak shall inheret the earth. The simpe idea that although your life sucks that it isn´t really your fault, is very conforting to people, although totally untrue. So although your movie would be bad, if made right, it would also be extremely popular.

It sounds like a good idea, I think it seems familiar but not sure what movie. I am thinking the opposite way but I just took a second and remembered A Clockwork Orange. A classic movie where a British gang member is living it up doing everything bad and then it all comes back to get him in the end...everyone he hurt he runs into and he gets turned away. I loved that movie.

Well, the concept is vague and kind of reminds me of M. Night Shyamalan's SIGNS. But tighten it up, give it some detail, and see what you can come up with. There's still a lot of room here to go a totally different direction than Night did...

I like it alot. I believe everything happen for a reason, we may not understand it at the time, but as time goes on, things seem to fall into place.
