I'm 26 weeks pregnant and everyime i go to the bathroom to use it, its like the last bit causes pain in my stomach. Is this because of the baby or what is it? It doesn't happen all the time. Remind you that, i have had a perfect pregnancy without complications.

I just went to the doctor. I'm sure that its not an infection. I am having a healthy happy pregnancy except for that little pain here and there.

I have been getting the same thing on and off for the last few weeks (I'm 31 weeks now). My doctor told me it was all to do with pressure and he checked me out and didn't find anything abnormal, I should think you're probably experiencing the same thing.

I have had a high risk conmplicated pregnancy, but apparently this is nothing to be worried about, although if you are, go to your doctor, don't worry about bothering them over nothing, you are 2 important lives at the moment remember!

Good luck and congrats!!

I had this as well - prob about 25wks onwards. I would check with your doctor - just to make sure that it isn't an infection which is very common. In my case it wasn't an infection - i was told it was probably just a nerve or from holding it too long (as i'm prone to do sometimes cause i get sick of having to get up to go to the toilet every five mins! lol).

I'm 34.5wks now and no longer experience it so there is hope! lol

You should call your doctor and let him/her know about your pain and get tested for a urinary tract infection. Let the doctor rule out that you do not have a UTI and tell you that your pain is normal.
During my pregnancies, I experienced the same pain and waited for my routine checkups to find out that I had a UTI. I did not have any of the other symptoms for a UTI and was surprised at the outcome.
Call your doctor, it cannot hurt, just help.

IT sounds normal to me if your having trouble passing urine you might have a urinary tract infection. Which the dr. can give you something for but it could just be the way the baby is laying I'm sure your fine as your dr. congrats

i'm 26 weeks too! This sometimes happens to me too. not too much anymore. I think he just sits on a nerve or something cuz you are sitting down and he might need to move.
