Pretty much any age. My dad didn't get ear hair until his 40's, but some of my really good friends already have ear hair and they are only in their 20's. Does one really prepare for body hair?

30-40 range depending on the individual,the hairier you are when young the more likely its to show in mid or late 20's

Mid thirties unless they are from one of the more hirsute groups of people and it could have started at puberty. I ' ve seen "ear beards" in Turkey that would scare the bob right out of you.
