I have one and I have seen people with more points than I do not have one, so what exactly are the requirements to get this badge?

I'm not in range yet since everyone seems to be level 4 and above, but don't they all say "Top Contributor Polls and Surveys"? Maybe they intend to set up Top Contributor for each category, or maybe it's a certain amount of partcipation plus best behavior.

well you need to have a large amount of best answer's that you have been chosen to get to have an................orange thing
