2011- India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
2015- Australia and New Zealand
2019- England
seems to be rumours of:
2023- India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
Haven't heard anything, but maybe:
2027- North America (West Indies, USA, Bermuda and Canada perhaps)...

nothing else announced yet.
Also, there is talk that it might be played at 2012 Olympics.

ICC world cup 2027 should be hosted by the west indies. However to make the tournament more successful traditional cricket venus should only be used like Trinidad, Guyana, Barbados and Jamaica. All matches should be a day and night encounter.
