Just laugh with her. She will never know ur actually laughing at her... You can't tell her to change her laugh and you can't about her behind her back, so ya, just laugh at her..

Not a co worker but I had a friend whos laugh irritated me, I would just brush it off and keep moving. I love the girl so I try to ignore it.

DRIVE HIM INSANE!
Create a new e-mail account with his name on yahoo or something and send it to his work e-mail address all day with random messages. You could include links about laughter, annoying loud laughs, etc.: may straighten out the problem a bit!
If not, it will drive him crazy having e-mails coming in to him from himself! Use the computers at your local library.
If you don't feel comfortable doing that, start hanging up all kinds of negative depressing messages around your space so there's less for him to laugh about!

tell the boss u can't work under those conditions. If that don't work, tell co-worker your irritated by the laugh. things will change/

Imitate the laugh, make sure there lokking at u and the roll ur eyes.

Oh my God, there is this lady , office next to mine, that she cackles. She sounds like a damn animal. And it is constant. I don't know how to tell her kindly. She is very nice, but her laugh gets on my nerves.

My boss laughs like Drew Carey - everytime he laughs, I laugh hysterically with him. Makes him feel stupid and he gets quiet.

I try to leave the room whenever possible... If not then i just sit there with a stapler in my hand pondering if i should just aim and throw it at her!

Ha, that happened to me once so I tape recorded it and made 2 copies....1 to play over the intercom and one to hide so she'll NEVER find it.
She quit, NEVER knowing who did it !
She sounded like a fuqqing donkey !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

laugh even more obnoxiously back and LOUDER. they won't be laughing as much... trust me.
