If you want to learn how to solve the Rubik's cube, try one of these websites for solutions. I find them pretty easy to understand:

If you just want to get your Rubik's cube solved, here's a website with a program that solves your cube for you:

The funnest way is to just solve it yourself, but they have been coming out with numerous videos teaching people how to solve the Rubix Cube. You can find the videos on YouTube, or just check out the news report video about the Rubix Championships on google or yahoo. There's this whole stupid secuence you have to get through. Like a white cross, then a red T, then a yellow T, and a green cross. It's crazy, but good luck though. I think it'd just be easier to naturally solve it then trying to learn the pattern. Whatever works for you.

Make the colors the same on each side of the cube, may take awhile and a few beers though.

** Since the middle tile of each side does not move, you have to nominate that side with the color of the middle tile. After you do that, try to put all other tiles witht he same color on that side... Will teke a loooong time but it's fun when you finish it!!

Trial and error.

Back around 1982 it took me about a full college semester of skipping classes & smoking *** to do it.
