I don't; you see, I've developed my own exercise program that work very well. my program is playing competitive sports like football, baseball, track and field, martial arts etc.
my theory is that competition encourages you to work harder, and it's fun. since your trying to win a game instead of just repeating the same actions over and over.

It is great exercise. Good cardio, endurance and strength training. In addition to all that, it makes me feel like Rocky, so I've got that goin' for me.

Yes, it gets your heart rate pumping fast! I box, and I highly recommend it to improve speed, agility, coordination. Nothing childish about it.

I did when I played basketball, and it really gets your heart pumping and muscles burning. If you do it right (don't bend your knees when you jump) you can get a good amount of calories burned.
