It was a block of British comedy/drama shows that were on PBS in the mid nineties. I used to love watching "Mr. Bean", "Are You Being Served?", etc. Does anyone remember that, or was it just my local station that had it?

I remember with great affection,"Are you being served "(PBS) .When the group left the store. The store provided all of them a living on a farm in the country,It ran about a year and was a riot. There are several interview programs of the cast in the early nineties, very informative and entertaining.Your PBS station would have run these originally,If you contact PBS you can get a list of DVDs to buy.I copied a lot of these programs on vcr's. "Allo Allo "was another ver funny PBS comedy.I am so glad others, especially you enjoyed them!

Your local station may have given that block of shows that name, but most of the PBS stations carried BritComs - mine still does ("Last of the Summer Wine" and "Waiting For God" on weeknights; "Are You being Served", "Vicar of Dibley", "Keeping Up Appearances" on Sundays, and "Monty Python" on Friday nights).
