im 17 and my body is fit for it in shape, but i am 0 in it and i never tried doing it before, i have some belly fat but i could loose it, will i be able to be flexible though im old? how many years could it take and what websites could i use, thanks

Listen here doll. It is never to late for anything. If you are determined enough you can do it. All you need is to learn it. If you need to loose weight then go ahead do that. You might wunna find a real person that knows how to do then useing the internet it wuld help alot more. as long as you keep your mind straight then you will provel

It's never too late...I'm over 30 and if I could, I'd get on the floor, spin on my back and jump up really fast...but I can't....but as long as you feel good, go right ahead...you breaker!!!

You are too old when your knees start to creak and your bones get brittle and you have so much belly fat that you can't tuck any more.
