Sure, at first. That long awaiting can put a lot of pressure on you for those first words and sentences to be 'right'.
But after a little ice-breaking and random babbling, things always work out just fine.
Or at least, I try to delude myself into believing that. :P

yes. the secret is let to let them talk. How you ask? just ask them questions that they can answer for a long time and have follow up questions as well.. this does two things.
1) People love to talk about themseleves so yuor allowing them to do so.
2) follow up questions eventually lead to other conversations for when you discuss one topic there are millions of other topics in their that you can speak of Good Luck!
