Thats 2 different questons. But the percentage of people who are not poor is 79%. This is assuming by 'poor' you are referring to poverty, or lack of monetary assets. Now "wealthy" is actually a much easier term to define, but I am not sure where the line is drawn to determine the standard of wealthiness. I guess its all relative.

i`m not qualified to make that call but my guess would be that about 37% are VERY wealthy and about 63% are VERY poor. I don`t think there is a middle class anymore.
