Even though I live in Northern VA now (still below the Mason Dixon), I grew up around Richmond, so I feel qualified to answer.
Drum & Bass is my favorite type of music.
At the moment, I'm really enjoying Seba & Paradox's 'Fire Like This' (or 'Red Tears,' the flip side -- either one is amazing).
