i have accedently changed a setting on my toolbar this thing but i dont know how i have done it. Now when i minimize programms it goes down but i cannot see them where i usually do! please help me! thank you x

also i am on xp - home edition! so vista sites do not work!

Taskbar???
you may have hidden or auto-hiddent the task bar...
goto control panel>Taskbar and Startmenu
in the popup menu deselect the checkbox - Auto-hide the taskbar and select the checkbox - Keep the taskbar on top of the other windows
this should bring it back up

if you are talking about the windows taskbar then when it is showing, right click on the 'Start' button. Now click properties. click taskbar near the blue window title, and make sure there is no tick next to 'Auto-hide the taskbar'
